How do we define education in the 21st Century; and is there other means of differentiating a person

Knowing that global warming are created by men's prosperity and triumph over nature in the past half a century. Economist are urging US and China to reduce their greenhouse gases emission drastically; or else, mankind will stand to be in the losing end with destabilize climate and weather patterns - causing more catastrophes and natural disasters and wrecking havocs everywhere with species extinction. Thus, how do we define education NOW and FUTURE? If we want to achieve state of optimum balance between man, nature, technology and institutional corporations, organisations stackholders and peaceful coexistent.

A person's ''worth'' is a very abstract concept that varies widely from one culture to another. Even in mainstream US culture, we seem to think sports players and actors are ''more valuable'' than brain surgeons and university profs. So the level of education has little corelation with personal worth.

Global warming versus ''nature'' is an oversimplification. It assumes that nature is static and man is not natural. Both of those ideas are clearly false: The environment changes constantly, even without our ''help'', and humans are just the product of millions of years of evolution like all the other species on Earth.
