i got some paint inside of the gun where the balls are fed into it, and cant really get anything down there to get the paint out.
Is it alright to soak the gun in hot water to get the paint out?
its the new Tippmann Triumph eXT so it has the electronic trigger.
to be safe, should i take the battery out or something? or is there a better way to get the paint out without worrying about soaking the e trigger

Never Ever Dip Your Gun In Water! that will destroy your circuit board and get water in your air system. Take the gun apart and take out the bolt so it can be properly wiped down with a paper towel, then re-oiled.

what you should do take the firing bolt out and then take a paintball squeegee and put it down the inside to get the paint out. i wouldnt try to soak it in water because the trigger might get screwed up along with the board
